DELIVERY

Câlin d’Ours will deliver your order in 1-2 working days (excluding weekends) for all NL-based Customer Orders, provided those orders are received before 12.00pm.
Orders received after 12.00pm will be processed on the next working day.
Should it not be possible, for any reason, to arrange next day delivery, the expected day of delivery will be indicated in the confirmation email sent after purchase.
All delivery fees will be charged at the flat rate specified on the online-store and added to each order as a net extra charge. There is no minimum product order in respect of Standard Delivery Order.


DELIVERY COST

All NL are charged at €7.25


DELIVERY CONDITIONS

During peak periods or periods of adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be extended.
Câlin d’Ours couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. If our courier is unable to successfully deliver your order, they will either leave the Customer’s Order in a safe place or leave instructions on how to re-book delivery.
A signature will be required and, at the courier’s discretion, a suitable form of ID demonstrating legal drinking age, which the Customer must be ready to present on delivery of all Orders.
If the Customer is unable to comply with these requirements for any reason, the courier will be unable to deliver the Order and Câlin d’Ours will not be responsible for any re-delivery charges arising as a result of having to rearrange delivery.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@Câlindours.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
